- Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 days and delivery confirmed by email, confirming order number and delivery option (with applicable costs) selected during checkout; The Courier Guy or Pudo Locker to Locker.
- Export restriction (Optional)
The offering on this website is available to South African only.
- Return and Refunds policy
Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully.
Exchanges will not be permitted for sudden change of mind.
The provision of goods and services by Tacha’s Nail & Gift Store is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, we will refund the client in full of credit to their account within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 30 % administration fee.
We will ensure to package your products safely and securely for protection during transit; Include all accessories and arts that were sold with the product.
The onus to return the product to us is on you and return shipping charges must be paid by yourself (Please note we do not accept returns via post office, but the package can be sent back via Pudo Locker to Locker.
Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will credit your Tacha’s Nail & Gift Store account with the purchase price of the product within 7 days of return.
- Products damaged on delivery
Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery or collection, please notify us within 48 hours of such delivery/Collection by sending a WhatsApp to 067 875 2181
We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. We will at your choice to replace the product as soon as possible/we have the same stock to use as replacement or credit your account with the purchase price of the product.
Defective products
We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality, and in good working order and without defects.
The Following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section:
- Faults resulting from normal wear and tear
- Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product.
- Where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.

Changing the standard 2-point plug to a 3-point plug on electrical products voids all guarantees and warrantees.

Purchase price and delivery charges of goods on the Website.
